IFB Microwave U/S for more than two months within Warranty period

I have bought the IFB 20SC2 Microwave Sl No IFB 2508/4/3786 on 19 Jul 08 at Nasik, Maharashtra. It was working smoothly till 19 Nov but on 20 Nov it stops heating up. I complaint through the IFB website for which they had given a Ticket No. 2445140 through the SMS on my Mobile and written in the SMS that they will contact me shortly for the same complaint. But after waiting for two days nobody had contacted me. Somehow I got the Mobile No. (9766934945) of the Area Manager Mohit of the IFB Industries and contacted him. He sends a representative to my home for the repair the same. He checked the Microwave and told me that the Magneto is Unserviceable and he came again with the same part after 20 days. After replacing the same part and some other part he told that again he will come with another part which is unserviceable. Again he came with other part as per him, which he had tried and then told that he will not be able to repair the same and then he had taken the Microwave himself to the Service Centre and told me that I will get the item back within 3 days. But contacting regularly to the service centre after three days they send the item after 11 days.

Now after they repaired the product for the complain I had given it had starting heating up, but now it has started with a new problem that the Microwave is S/w OFF automatically after 4 to 5 Minutes if I have programmed it for more than that. This problem was not earlier when I had complained. Then again I called and told him the problem on the same day. He told me that he will send his representative to my home next day to see the problem. I had waited full day for the same but nobody had came till evening and nobody had came. I had postponed my other programs for the same, but there is no response from their side as earlier.

During all these process it has taken more than two month, but my Microwave is still not working. It is simply kept on the table as a Box with no use. The IFB representatives are taking very easily. Even at the service centre I don’t know which type of engineers are there which are creating new problem while repairing the old complains. They even not think that somebody had taken the product for the use, not for simply complaining and keeping it on the table even within the 6 months of purchasing. And also there are not any responsibilities that their customer is telephoning to them and from their side the customer is not getting any responses. Always I have to contact them for why my Microwave is not coming or why their Men is not coming for the repair and they are simply listening from one ear and clearing it from another ear. I am very much frustrated with their responses and also with my Microwave.

I don’t want to keep my time wasting for the item I had bought for my easiness. It is the full lack ness of the IFB Industries that their customer is suffering with the product which is purchased within 6 months and their representative are not even responding properly with their customers.

After waiting for many days they came to my home and tried to repair the same but it was not repaired by them as they tried two times at my home. After that they told me that they had send mail for the replacement for the Microwave to the company, but after one week they are telling they will again take the Microwave to the Service centre for repair. I don't know what is happening with my Microwave. Kindly do the needful so that my Microwave should work properly. The Microwave is used for only 5 months and it has been repaired, but after that also it is not working. What will happen further, I don't Know? Now I have no faith on your IFB Industries engineers which are repairing my Microwave. I don't know what they will do next time with my Microwave. I want that IFB Industries should do something so that I have no problem in future. And further I will not have to suffer like that. It’s almost now two months that my Microwave is kept in defective condition.

Therefore I request you kindly to do something for my Microwave so that it will start working perfectly or I had to go to Consumer court as it is more than two months that my Microwave is not repaired by your Engineers at Nasik service centre. Also they are not capable to repair the same. Also I don't think Mohit know how to talk to the customers.
