Not providing service

My IFB customer number is 1321313 and i have digital 5KG IFB washing machine.

This machine is giving E5 display on digital panel and water is not heating, this problem is since February Ticket numbers are as follows

And several tickets I have missed!

Service center is closing ticket without resolution and without confirmation.

I have spoken to several senior managers in Hyderabad region named as

Every time is giving me promises but not the solution!!

I hope you understand my frustration with IFB services. I made a mistake by buying IFB machine and will make sure DO NOT make the same mistake again!
