1. I am Mayank Goel from India and I have purchased an IFB washing machine (Model - Senator 6 kg) from Meera Engineering Works, Pathankot (Punjab). Due to the exigencies of service and transferable nature of my job, I had to send that machine to my native place in Roorkee (Uttaranchal).
2. IFB representative was called for its installation there but he could not install the machine till date. We already have registered several complaints on IFB customer care toll free No 18604255678 but for no consequence. I am sure you will take notice of the harassment being faced by me and my family due to the defected machine.
3. I requested the company for providing the service for this machine’s repair/installation as quickly as possible. But nothing happened.
