I purchase IFB Washing Machine about Eighteen Months back. The Motor of the so called IFB Washing Machine needs to be replaced..In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The concerned Service Centre at Bhatinda is not even attending the calls. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. I have even contacted the Senior Sales Executive Mr. Surinder Kumar at Customer Care, but nobody seems to bother, I have read so many Complaints of IFB Washing Machine at Consumer Complaints.in but the IFB People seems to be in deep slumber, they are least bothered. If the company cannot supply the parts what is the use of selling the product.
