We bought a machine as IFB Washing Machine at Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR) in Feb.
A 5KG Fully Automatice front loading.
A problen arrises on Oct. 28th 2008 and we have made a complaint on Oct. 29th 2008 to IFB vide their IFB CARe Tkt. No. 2359792.
After that we have made several calls to customer care and many e-mails too. But even after faulty promises by Customer care, no body has turned up.
No telephone calls to us.
No response of our emails.
none of the mails have bounced back too.
And Machine can not be used.
What to do, can we file a case in consumer court for this.
