I am from Goa and my IFB washing machine (model - senorita) is under AMC from 11.10.08 to 10.10.09. It has not been working for the past 1 month. After repeated complaints given to the service contractor Mr. Gawas, one service technician attended the machine and told us that the motor has failed. After giving suffficient time to the concerned AMC person, he is just giving the excuse of motor not available in stock. Without the machine our work gets paralysed. It is very disgusting that a reputed company like IFB does an AMC of the machine with the customer & is unable to give the service when required. We are very much disappointed with this. Please look into the matter.
