I wish to draw your attention on the following 2 points:

1. The clause no 5, does not permits a customer to seek refund from IFB if the services offered are not upto the mark – this makes your contract one sided & biased towards your organization. It is not customer friendly.

2. I purchased my machine at a tax paid price of Rs.21, 000/- how can a Comprehensive AMC price be more than 8-10% of my purchase price.

I had availed extended warranty which was priced at Rs.1500/- for 2 years. & the AMC Price being asked is aroung Rs. 2500/- per annum
