Before a month back I bought IFB washing machine but for last two weeks it is dead. I lodged a complain through costomer care but is not attended so far. Daily 5-6 times I am reminding, but I am getting assurance that it will be attended on priority bais. The matter is also taken up with the higher official but there is no diffence in any situation.
In single sentence, IFB running a very poor after sales service.
