IFB WASHING MACHINE DIVA (5 KG)
Machine is not working and Complent is not attended after 72 hours

Dear Sir,

i have a IFB washing machine which is not working last 72 hours i have lodge a complent on 25th September in between 12 noon to 1 PM (Complent No.3538649).

I had a talk with incharge Mr. Rajeev his contact no.9313595193 but he is not responding now even he is not picking my phone. I have given remainders also 2 to 3 times but still i am suffering my machine is not working, no body is attending the complent.

I am not satisfied with the product and services of IFB. please do the needful.
