I have IFB washing machine Executive plus since last 8 years. Machine was continuously under AMC throughout ALL these years. M/C drum bearings damaged on 17 September. Complaint lodged same day. Complaint TICKET No : 2193457 .IFB service engineer come after few days BUT said he will return with necessary spares BUT NEVER returned. During that period machine was under AMC till 19-9. No body came to attend fault till date. Repeated complaints lodged at IFB Complaint center No : 017239004321.Only assurances, No person come to repair.
