IFB washing machine Senorita DX
Very bad response from the service cente

We had taken IFB Senorita bx & other things like Whirlpool Fridge and Bajaj Food Processor from Dass Shop Aundh dated 16th Nov.

We had taken the delivery on 17th Nov but we did not open that machine and taken to Bangalore one month back.

After opening the package we observed following problems with machine:

1) Lock Nut was not provided. It had hit the casing and created a hole.

2) One spring was lying the floor.

3) External casing had got damaged.

We had given a complaint with IFB Customer care having following ticket no:

1) 3029660

2) 2972888

Initially there was positive response given by Mr. Michel for replacing the set but later on after 20days he had denied to give the replacement.

Please look into the matter Urgently and give us replacement.
