Myself, Victor Pereira working with Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad, as In-charge, Students Activity Office. We had bought 27 washing machines from IFB company in the month of October we have got ONE year warranty for these machines. Recently there was a problem with one of the washing machine, I registered the complaint on their Toll Free no.1860-425-5678 twice in last fifteen days, they have even sent me the written confirmation through SMS, but nobody comes for the repaires. IFB being such huge company, ignores our institute. IIM-A, being such reputed institute in the world, I understand the problem faced by the other customers. I wish they come soon resolve the problem.
