It is to inform you that services provided by authorised franchise as well as call centre are getting worsr everytime. We are very old user of ifb washing machine but now we do regret. As there are lot of technical problems always & 24 hrs lines are always bussy. PLEASE KINDLY CONCIDER OUR PROBLEM AS A REQUEST & DO SOMETHING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.coz no one is available to listen our complaint.
