My name is Nitesh Kumar and my a/c no is 5334752118. I tried to withdraw Rs14000 from SBI ATM (ATM ID - S1AN00140303) on 29th of october but the transaction got cancelled and i didnt received the amount. But my account got debited by Rs14000.
I have talked to the customercare services (kolkata) and had been given the complaint reference number - 1108109927.
please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
