No intimation of my epf

Dear sir,

i arvind bhardwaj has worked with iias school of hotel and tourism management, dehradun... who's head office is at salt lake city calcutta

my EPF NO IS WB/48086/07.

its been 4 months now i haven't got any intimation regarding my epf amount, wthere it is depovited in my account or not? i have checked it with my bank and on the net as well . the organisation code is:- 48086.

please let me know how to proceed furthur
