Delayed Full & Final Settlement & PF Withdrawl procedure

Hi,

I am Apurvi Shah & was working at Ikya HUman Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Corporate office - Bangalore). My last day was 9th July and was committed 4 weeks for Full & Final settlement from then. Its been more than 2 months and I have not yet got it.

Also, the HR has not yet submitted the PF Forms to the PF Department, it being more than 60 days from my last day.

I am being harassed by this delay. Kindly help me. I would request you to revert with a feedback on my email address.
