I am dr amit tirth from moradabad as i had already discussed about the third class management of deals 4 all companty from mumbai, i purchased 2 phones in jan after 1 week of purchasing one of the phone become dead the ither one shoew multiple problems, the customer care persons said to send the mobile to them, i tried each and every curier service but no one agreed to send it, after that i paid triple amount and send the phone to them, they didnt replied about my phone then i called them they said they didnt recieved any phone
they i make a fax showing thee delievery chart copy and pod then they said that they recieved my phone and with in 1 week all my problem will be solved.on 14 feb they recieved my phone and from that day i m calling continuously to know the status of my phone
every time i used to call and they make me hold for hours and after getting frustrated i disconnect, many a times it happened they used to say that they will reply but none of the reply came to me.plz help me out i spended 14, 000 for phone and approx 4456 is my mob bill, 1000 for curier charges, 25 rs for fax.
