The iMate Ultimate 6150 is the worst phone I ever had the misfortune of owning!! I bought it after having a previous iMate for a few YEARS!! What a mistake!!
The phone keeps freezing! People who need to contact me urgently, have to call someone they hope are close to me at the time, and ask me to reboot my phone because it is not working!
The final problem was last weekend, when the battery cover seriously just fell apart!! The latch just came loose while I was talking! The other problem is that this is the first phone ever, that would not work in my house!! I need to step outside to make a call!!
The reseller was no help - "sorry, we are just selling it" you have to go fined the warranty company to see if they could help you! - I just want to get rid of it, and want my money back so I can go buy a half decent phone!!
