Hi,
I have a account in State Bank Of India and using its Debit card too.
On 9-5-09 i recieved a sum of 2500/- through online transaction, on that evening when i tried to check the balance through ATM by balance enquiry/mini statement, ATM mechine not responded.
next day on 10-5-09 again i tried the same and got the ministatement on which it shown a withdrawl of 21000/- on the same day (10-5-09). i dont know what's happened.
when i call sbi helpline, they said its not a big issue and if i forward a application/complaint to the branch manager of sbi where my account is, they will solve the problem within 24 hrs.
next day i went to branch manager and do the same but not got any favourable response from him. they said my money has gone...
how can i take action on that issue, i know its a mistake of bank but they are not taking this issue seriously.

and so many times from this ATM machine there are duplicate notes are also comming out, today on 11-5-09 also i saw a case of a lady also.
