I mint
No replacement

I had redeemed more tha 6000 points to receive some third rate cushion covers which were supposed to be of embroidered silk. I returned it citing its non compliance to the specification. I think i made a mistake. I lost that too.

More than a month has passed and there is no replacement nor any word about it. These people are taking everybody for a ride i guess and ICICI should detach itself from this bogus company called i mint. They are minting for themselves at our costs.
