Hi,

My ICICI rewards points were recently transferred to IMNIT without any consent from us (think ICICI has taken this decision without even informing/checking with thier customers, which is a blunder!). Now I haven't received my IMINT card card till date. I have called up the IMNIT customer care number (40146468) nearly six times (in the last 2 months) and everytime I get an answer that 'you will get your card in next 10-15 days'.

Looks like the IMINT is the 'worst loyality program' (not a rewards program) :-(. They don't know what they are promising to customers and how they are working. Looks like ICICI took a wrong step in transferring their points to a useless program called IMINT... Hope ICICI realize the mistake they did and hopefully correct it... Alternatively, customers should move to someother credit card slowly...
