this card purchase thg credit card icici bank

ihave redemsition point 1850 for booking online gift: pamper gift

i-mint company are send thg courier profissonal courier

courier company status are show gift packet are delivered

but ihave not received courier

ihave complaint i-mint company thg mail gift packet are not received

but more time mail customer care deptt & other deptt but not reponse company

i need my gift packet
