I have an ICICI bank credit card. The bank arbitrarily transferred my reward point to imintpoints.com without my consent. I redeemed 4400 reward points for table radio alarm clock and digital kitchen balance on 23-10. I have received both the products on 29-10. But I find the radio alarm clock is not as per the description in reward catalogue. :

The product even does not have any brand or model name. It is a china product. No guarantee card has been given.
