Hi This is Gautam Biswas, I was working with Impact securitas, flat no 7, devyani apartment, sanewadi, Aundh, Pune. owner of this co is Mr Nag Bhusan, based at bangalore.
the company is in to security services... co collect service tax from all the clients like1) Cross word, 2) Tanishq, 3) Titan, Marvel Realtors etc... total turn over would be arround 9 lakhs a month so by calculation service tax should be close to 1.10 lac.
This company nither paying service tax nor the the PF amonut deducting from the secuirty guards.
