Airtel wrong billing FRAUD

Dear sir madem,

I am using airtel connection from past sum years but i am following that from sum 3 months they charges were very heavy an i audit my billings but i came to know even they charged me on download charges on sundays but noway to use my system in sunday because this connection used by me in office whic in histry i have not opend in any sundays not only this like this many issues which iam not satisfied with airtel .so i want to clim an componsation against airtel billing fraud.
