Respected Madam,
My name is Mahesh Gupta student at your Learning centre bearing PIN number: 25A41190.
I request you to please refund my curse fees, which I have paid to your because of
Change in Class Schedule/ Timings / Days and Hours,
Initially, on 24-Jan when I come down to your centre for registration, you have allocated me a batch DW-27, which is four hours a day (Saturday 9:00 – 1:00 pm) which have never started. Later on you have restructured your batches and wanted me to come on Six hours a week that too on two days i.e. 9:00-11:00AM on Saturday and 11:00 AM to 3:00 pm Sunday. Without asking student you should not change batch timing. Being a working professional, I can not attend classes on two days and with different timings.
I can attend classes only on Saturday 9:00 – 1:00 pm and your currently you don’t offer any such batch which is going to start on Saturday 9:00 – 1:00 pm and other than, this I can not attend any other batch.
Thus, I request you to please refund my complete payments which I have made to you.
