We would like to mention that the broad band connectivity provided by your organization in the name of IMS LEARNING RESOURCES (PVT) LTD. having its office at C-60, 1ST & 2ND Floor, Sector-2 NOIDA, is not in an operational state since 15th of December.
As per our assessment the problem is on account of the ROUTER /MODEM provided by your technical team at the time of Installation of the STATIC IP.
In this context we have made repeated requests with your CUSTOMER CARE FACILITY over the past three days. We have been assured repeatedly by your Executives that the problem shall be resolved at the earliest; to be precise the final deadline provided by the Customer Care team has been that the mentioned problem shall be resolved by 1pm of 17th December in any circumstance.
As the mentioned deadline of 1pm has also elapsed at the point of submission of this mail; considering that in a Modern Day business process the Non Functionality of the INTERNET facility leads to severe incapacitation vis a vis business transaction.
Thus we are left with no other choice but express our helpness with the given scenario and forward this mail.
We sincerely believe that your team of concerned professionals shall handle the matter in an upright professional manner and support us by resolving the matter by Today evening 7pm.
