Inbuilt Merchant Pvt. Ltd., a Networking Company of Calcutta has has deducted TDS from my earnings to the tune of Rs.40, 000/- plus, but not willing to give form-16 as promised before, in spite of several reminders. I need this form -16 to file my income tax returns.
Kindly look into this.
