Not recieved the refund for Assessment year 2008 09

I have filed the IT return for AY 09 from taxsmile.com. E-filing acknowledgement number is 22718680050708.

I have got the IT return Ack from income tax department also. But still i have not received the refund in my account. I have contached my accessing office in Amritsar. They have replied that they have not received the ITR-V copy in Amritsar. As per the taxsmile process, I have send the ITR-V through them by dropping it in taxsmile drop box. I have also received the Acknowledgement from Centralised processing center with Mumbai Income Tax department s stamp on it.

Please let me know the status of my refund as it is almost more than 2 years.
