Did not get Refund of the year 2008

Hi,

I filed my income tax return for the assessment year 09 on date 23-july at Income Tax Office sec-20 Noida. I have visited this office three, four times to get the refund but did not get the satisfactory answer. Please help me.

Let me know what I have to do to get my refund.
