This is to submit that on 31.07.09 at around 03.50 pm, I used my debit card no.4033 xxxx xxxx 5394 of Syndicate Bank at HDFC, Vaishali ATM to withdraw Rs.6, 000/-. The reference no. of the said transaction is 6839. However, to my utter shock, your ATM did not disburse any cash but the debit entry was made in my Syndicate Bank account no.44090. The said fact has been already brought to the notice of Syndicate Bank, Customer Care Centre at Bangalore. The request no. being 107 dated 31.07.09 at 05.30 pm.
Till date, the reverse entry, credit entry of Rs.6, 000/- has not been made yet. You are requested to make the reverse credit entry of Rs.6, 000/- immediately and oblige under intimation to the undersigned please. My mobile no. is 9873550752 and the Landline no.0120-4115415.
