Non-receipt of IT Refund for the assessment year 08

My name is Saurabh Kumar. I am working in Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited Mumbai. I was supposed to get refund of Rs. 167/-for year 2008. One year has already lapsed but i have not yet got my IT refund. My PAN number is APOPK1433N . Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
