Income tax deptt (Banglore)
Refund has not been tranfered

Hello sir

Its regarding my refund of rs 1950.It is pending with Income Tax deptt for last 5 months. I have been regularly calling to the banglore branch, they are keep on promising me that your REFUND will processed soon, but nothing has done yet.

Please advice me else i approach to somebody senior next time.
