I have not recd my income tax refund for FY06 07

I have not recd my refund of Rs 50741/- for FY06-07. I visited Mayur bhavan office couple of times but everytime I was told it will happen in a months time. But it never happened till date. Kindly help. My PAN No is ANWPS2709M
