It is a great improvement that Income tax has an website. However in a vast multi-lingual country like India having it in just 2 languages serves little purpose. Not everyone would fall in the knowing English or Hindi category. Having more languages Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu and others would improve its efficacy. A government website such as www.indg.gov.is a good example to emulate.
