Increasing street dogs in the locality

Dear Sir,

I live in DG III, Flat no 47, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. The number of street dogs in our locality (DG -III) are increasing day by day. Not only do they bite the passerbys, but have also started giving litters which is resulting in an increase in the number.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY AND PLEASE GET THE DOGS CAUGHT ASAP.
