Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Asha Gas Services (Distributor Code-01011002) in Deoria, who is the distributor of INDAINE GAS (LPG). I have booked my home delivery on 03/02/09 but till now I have not got my delivery after 4 reminders. This is a as usual irregularity. Could you help us?
