I Ashish Puri, Having connection in the name of my Father Sh. D.K Puri R/O I-30 D, Dilshad Garden, delhi-110095 Consumer No-11137, Have change my address from I-30 d, dilshad Garden to I-29 B Dilshad garden, and on asking why they have changed the address, they said (Sindhu Gas Agency, Between B & D Pkt Dilshad Garden) we have this address only, but we are residing at the above address for last 18 Years. On asking to check there records, they said we dont have any papers you check your record.

So, i request you to Kindly change the address immediately.
