Dear Sir/Madam

my self Ranjana my customer ID is DG 14271 i book a gas conection in nov.08 at Dwarika Sec.3 delhi but still i don't recive my extra cylender (DBC). i make too much complaints in agency office but i don't recive the satisfactory answer from that side

kindly take the immidiate action against the guilty
