NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

I am LPG consumer of CAUVERY INDANE AGENCY, my consumer number being 46852. I had booked for refill cylinder on the 26-11. My booking number is 46. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered to us. This is not the first time that this agency has done this. Everybody in our area have a problem. Repeated calls have no effect. Only threats like will report to indane company gives results. They constantly say no stock, bookings are still pending, etc. But cannot waste time like this constantly and people with one cylinder or even two have problems because our rotation of cylinders become bad. The people at the agency say one month is the waiting time to book the next cylinder then another 5 days of waiting time after booking. This 5 days sometimes extend to 2-3 weeks. Who is going to responsible for this time lag that we consumers face? I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE EXACT WAITING TIME FOR A CYLINDER? HOW MANY CYLINDERS CAN A FAMILY HAVE? I WOULD BE CERTAINLY BE MOST OBLIGED IF U COULD LOOK INTO THE IRREGULARITIES OF CAUVERY INDANE AGENCY.
