Transfer of indane gas

Dear sir

I am a cosumer of indane gas M/S vijay gas rourkela consumer no. is V11361.Presently due to some reason they have transferred my gas to other agency M/S gruhasobha indane gas service.but when I went to gruha sobha agency.they told me that they will subscribe my transfer in jan onward, due to some technical problem.since TTV is valid for one month .what i will do. besides this how and from where i will refill my cy7linde
