New GAS connection was booked on dated 6/7/09 vide receipt no 111075690001092 at Dwarka Indane Gas Services.

Inspite of repeated followups nither delivery has been made nor inspection of cooking range (Hot Plate) has been done by the gas agency for inspection Rs 150/- has been paid saparately vide receipt no 1149 dated 11/9/09 ..I was told many a time that gas agency person will come to inspect the cooking range (Hot Plate) but no one turned up till date inspite my several personal visits to the agency.

Kindly look into the matter and get the connection asap
