Gas booked but not supplied

I have booked gas on 16th (Customer Number-9337) at ILA GAS AGENCY, SECTOR 93, NOIDA... I have personally visited ILA GAS Agency office... The office has been closed without any prior notice or information neither i was informed... It's been 15 days and i am out of gas since last 15 days and really suffering... Please help.
