This is to inform you that I am regular customer from your distributor gas & gadgets at Behala Kolkata- 34 since 1988. My customer No. is 18308.
I am now 65 yrs edged widow so I am trying to book my gas through phone but unexpectedly they didn’t receive the call, even after receiving my phone they put it down.
Another request to you that to arrange some weighing device through which we can see whether the cylinder is fully fill or not like advertisement shown on TV.by HPCL.
Hope you will understand my problem and take necessary action over it.
