Not allotting New gas connection

I the under mentioned Ashok kulkarni working in ALSTOM Projects India Ltd. Shahabad. Now I am staying in ALSTOM Town ship, Shahabad town, Gulbarga District, karnataka state, with family. I went to book new gas connection at M/S. Guru gas agencies (Indane Gas) chittapur to get a new connection with all required documents. MY application was refused because of 3 months ban on new connections by state Government, they are saying same reason again & again so, I need gas connection urgently.
