Transfer of connection

I'm mayank trivedi and my connection no is 8640 i have transfered to greater noida from noida, I went to kasna gas agency regarding for connection they said they need to verify the the transfer reciept issued by ranjan gas agency (noida) and its been over three week ihave not got the responce, i went to kasna gas agency they are asking me to go ranjan gas agency to inquire about the mail they have sent. it been 6 days i dont hav the gas . please help me in solving this matte
