This is to inform that my Connection no. NK16836, Haroa, Basirhat, North 24 parganas, West Bengal.
my vendor supplied a Cylinder last week (thursday/friday). when the vendor went I found smell of gas which was thick near the cylinder (it was not opened yet). i found it had a leakage. Instantly I phoned the
supplier (ph No- 03217228678) and also the man who supplied (name Raju, Ph-09732650612). they told they willl change it by sunday (15.03.09) and also told to keep the cylinder outside the house.. but they didn't. over further enquiry they promised to change it by monday which again was not complied. today all of a sudden the safety cap of the said cylinder popped out and gas started to spread. i immediately called RAJU and he promised to change it by noon (today). but they have not changed yet. raju's phone is switched off anf the office is not receiving any call.
therefore please do the needful. thank you.
