Refusal for booking & Delay in Delivery

Sir,

I am a cosumer of Indane Cooking gas, residing in Nagpur (Maharashtra). Previously I had booked on 13/11 for cylinder & delivered on 25/11. Now today (05/12) when I visited to distributer for booking, refusing for booking, saying booking can be registered after 21 days from delivery date. And in general gas is delivered after 12 to 15 days, after reminiding 2 to 3 times personally. Worker are not attending phone call.
