Indane domestic gas
Change of gas pipe

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Indranath Ray, consumer no: KS23090.Myself is a 10 years old customer of Indane gas. Our gas pipe connecting cylinder to stove is replaced by your below mentioned dealer in less than 01 year ago. The portion connecting the stove is geting cracked and we are ourselves cutting and changing it and now it became very short.

Inspite of our several request to your below mentioned delaer over phone for last 10-15 days nobody bother to visit us and change the pipe. Please advice who will be responsible incase of any accident?
