Irregularities

This complaint is to bring to your notice the irregularities at the -joti gas service, ropar.

1) my husband retired from army, we had 2 transfer vouchers but were given only 1 connection.reson given one couple one connection

2) we can only book for a cyl 25 days from the day we recieve one.as one cyl lasts for 1520 days. WHAT TO DO .

3) the other gas service centres have no such rules.

kindly look into the matter and advise me what to do.
